Adding a document usage to a Workflow

Sometimes we may need to start a workflow with a pre-existing document usage, i.e., a template that has already been edited.

To do so is extremely simple: from any of the “share interfaces” that one may find after filling a document or browsing its data one should just click in the “Create workflow” button:

And we will be redirected to the general create workflow interface with the only difference that the token of that usage will be automatically added so in the first step of the created workflow the data coming from that usage will be automatically loaded:

From there onwards the process is in all analogous to the standard workflow creation so we will not repeat all the required steps in here.
